We have a strict policy of not granting refunds. Membership fees
are charged to a member's credit card automatically in advance,
upon sign-up and on each subsequent Renewal Date unless and until
we receive a written Notice of Cancellation (a "Cancellation Notice").
To submit a Cancellation Notice, a member must inform us in writing
before the arrival of the renewal date. Upon receipt of a Cancellation
Notice, we will terminate all membership privileges immediately,
without refund, and no subsequent charges will be made to the
member's credit card for Membership Fees. Cancellations may not
be made retroactively - messages to us that a cancellation was
intended before a previous renewal date are disregarded pursuant
to the no-refund policy, and will only result in an immediate
membership termination with no refund unless the member can supply
a copy of a valid Cancellation Notice that had been submitted
to us before a previous Renewal Date.
